ORDERING INFO

SHIPPING TIME & METHODS

Our handling time is normally 13 weekdays. The orders will be sent by priority letter (3–6 weekdays) straight to your address. Items sent by priority letter are unable to be tracked.

We will send you an email when your order has been shipped.

Users with PayPal account: please make sure that your shipping address on PayPal is up to date and correct before you place an order. If you notice your address is incorrect after ordering, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

At the moment shipping only to EU countries.


SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS

Shipping is €0.60 per item with a single handling fee of €3.00 charged cart-wide.

Calculating the shipping & handling charges as stated above allows us to keep the overall costs down for our international customers. We wanted to make sure you can mix different items in your order freely and without extra cost.


PAYMENT METHODS

All our payments are processed through PayPal using their own secure site. PayPal does not share your financial details with us.

You can pay with your PayPal account or without an account using a debit or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a card.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an automatic receipt from PayPal. This receipt will also be your order confirmation. If you did not receive the email, please consider checking your spam folder. If you need further assistance you can contact us.


CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation by you

You can only cancel your order if your items haven’t been packed yet. To cancel your order please email us at goalies@2ndot.net

We reserve the right to cancel the order and delivery if:

If we must cancel your order, we will notify you by email. We will process the refund you as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days of your order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused.


RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange goods for any reason, please contact us first by email. Please note that goalie mask sweatbands are hygienic products, thus we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If necessary, we will take responsibility for the re-shipping costs.


PROBLEMS & COMPLAINTS

We hope that you will contact us first to discuss any complaints or concerns you have. We have sold over 1,500 sweatbands and completed more than 600 successful transactions and we will do everything we can to sort out your complaint quickly and efficiently.

Ultimately, if everything else fails, all your purchases are covered by your bank/credit card company or PayPal, if you have an account or created one during the checkout. If you paid your order with a payment card (without a PayPal account) your bank will help you to get your money back. If you paid with PayPal, you can open a dispute in PayPal's Resolution Center. Our web store requires a browser that supports multiple tabs. For example the shopping cart doesn't work with Facebook's integrated (In-App) browser.

Solution: please use a stand-alone browser (e.g. Chrome or other).
